All lawyers of GANTENBERG DISPUTE EXPERTS are admitted to the bar in the Federal Republic of Germany. The relevant professional statutes include:
- the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO),
- the Professional Code of Conduct (BORA),
- the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG),
- the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG),
- the Rules of Professional Conduct of Lawyers in the European Union (CCBE Rules of Professional Conduct).

Mandate agreement, avoidance of conflict of interest
The mandate agreement and the rights and the obligations arising from it are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The non-exclusive place of jurisdiction for dispute arising out of and in connection with the mandate agreement or concerning its validity is Düsseldorf.
As per the governing professional statutes, lawyers are not permitted to represent conflicting interests (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, we therefore always check whether there is a conflict of interest.
Out-of-court settlement
In the event of a dispute between lawyers and clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court settlement at the regional bar association pursuant to section 73 subsection 2 no. 3 in conjunction with subsection 5 BRAO or at the Concilliation Board of the Bar (section 191 et seq BRAO) of the Federal Bar Association, to be found on the internet via the website of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de); e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de.
Online dispute resolution
Complaint procedure via online for consumers (OS). We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

The hosting services on which this page is based are provided by RAIDBOXES GmbH (Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 7, 48153 Münster, Germany). RAIDBOXES GmbH offers Software as a Service (SaaS) services in the context of cloud hosting.
RAIDBOXES GmbH automatically collects and stores server log files with information that your browser transmits to us. These are:

- Operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Host name (IP address)
RAIDBOXES GmbH cannot assign this data to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out. We have also concluded a contract for commissioned data processing (AV). This contract regulates the scope, type and purpose of RAIDBOXES GmbH’s access to data. The access options are limited only to necessary accesses that are required for the fulfilment of the hosting services.
