Post-M&A Disputes: St Lucia’s support to bring light into the damage and loss calculation

Following the record levels of M&A activity in recent years, we are seeing an increasing number of disputes arising from M&A transactions.

On 13 December, the Swedish Arbitration Association invites you to a Lucia/Christmas Cocktail and discussion around post-M&A disputes. At the event, Mikal Brøndmo (partner at Haavind, Oslo) will present the findings in his article “Post M&A Disputes: Recent Nordic Case Law, Especially Regarding Loss Calculation”, published in Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook 2022.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Daniel Vargö (partner at Nord Advokater, Stockholm) and with panelists Ulrike Gantenberg (partner at Gantenberg Dispute Experts, Düsseldorf), Kirsi Kannaste (partner at Krogerus, Helsinki) and Jerker Kjellander (partner at Vinge, Malmö).
