On Monday, September 9th 2024, the DIS Construction Group is hosting an event on the topic of “German Law in Construction Contracts: Navigating GTCS (‘AGBS’)”. The event will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Berlin office of the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Potsdamer Platz 1, 10785 Berlin).
Lectures will be given by Ulrike Gantenberg (attorney, Gantenberg Dispute Experts, Düsseldorf), Carlo Ottaviano (General Counsel, TenneT TSO GmbH, Bayreuth) and Claus H. Lenz (attorney, LDR Lenz Dispute Resolution, Hamburg).
